Make-up is my passion

Beauty and make-up became a big part of our lives. We see it everywhere on TV, fashion catwalk and with celebrities. It’s becoming a lifestyle. There are many girls who wear make-up in everyday life. So why do you think they do that? Is it to impress someone? Maybe. But it’s not necessary that this is the only reason, some women use it to enhance their beauty and look differently. For some after wearing it, they feel fresh. Other used it as a gesture of self-care. I personally wear it for myself, not to impress anyone.

Some people believe they look better with it and some prefer their natural look. So, there are different perspectives of looking at things.

There are many reasons why people use cosmetics products. For me I think it boosts a person’s confidence. It helps to lift up the mood and enhance oneself. I believe that looking your best, makes a person feel better.

There are many cosmetics products that are available today under different brands. Since there are people with different types of skins; dry, normal, oily, combination and sensitive, there are many products based on skincare that are advertised to make people feel conscious about their imperfections.

Different occasions have different types of make-up. There are various styles of make-up such as the natural look, bridal make-up, airbrush make-up, anti-ageing make-up which enables a person to feel younger and the celebrity make-up.

For celebrities, make-up is not really a choice, instead it’s becoming a need.

Make-up is an art which requires creativity. It can bring many versions of yourself.

I usually go for the natural make-up all the time as it's easy and less time consuming. But when there are special occasions, for example a wedding, then I love my make-up to be flawless and outstanding. Looking my best in my outfit is a must for me. Make-up helps me to express myself in a positive way. For me, make-up is an enhancer.

Make-up is a passion for me. It’s an art where it allows me to spark my creativity. Helping someone to look beautiful, it’s a pleasure for me. Playing with the brush, the palettes, lipsticks and colour of the eye shadows is something I love and find it interesting. First, you start with a face primer for the make-up to stay longer. Cover the imperfection by the concealer. Selecting the right foundation and powder on the skin is important. Using contour helps to define the face by making it slimmer. For the eye make-up, make use of eyelash curler to shape the eyelashes, use the mascara, eyeliner and appropriate eye shadows to enhance your look. Finally, the highlight gives you the finishing touch by making the face glow.

Someone has rightly said that make-up is an art, a passion and a way of expression. Everyone wants a flawless look which can be definitely achieved by make-up as it is the easiest way.
